Access and use of the territory 

The valleys above the locality of S. Antonio are accessible only by jeeps and off-road cars. Only the local landowners and forest workers are allowed to use the roads, provided that they have permission from the community of Corteno Golgi. Above the localities of Brandet (up to 1305 m above sea level) and Campovecchio (up to 1350 m above sea level) the transit is restricted to the forest workers and the surveillance personnel and possible only with authorization by the community. In addition to the remarkable edificial heritage consisting in the locality of St. Antonio and the numerous mountain huts, without any doubt the two most important structures for touristic and administrative matters are the mountain huts of Campovecchio and Brandet. Today they represent a significant point of reverence for visitors of the nature reserve.
